Terms and Conditions:

 

Important Information before you complete this application:

You agree on behalf of the company named below, to release Oxford Tattoo Convention and its Employees and agents from all manner of claims, actions and demands in law arising from damages, accidents or thefts in your or around your stall. You should check that your insurance arrangements cover you for this.

 

You understand that upon submitting this application you are entering into a contract and that payment must be made in full, should the application not be successful then the payment will be refunded. You understand that if your application is successful and you decide to cancel at a later date by giving reasonable notice(at least 12 weeks) that 50% of this payment will be returned. You understand that payments are not refundable, except in the event that the convention is cancelled.

Booths:

Booths are approximately 2×2 metres and cost £150 each

Passes will be allocated for 1 trader only.  

The Booth includes:
13amp sockets
Front Table
